Simply Luxurious Lingerie (SLL) is an emerging company! In order to maximize the amount of inventory we have for you, our return/exchange policy is limited. We must retain the ability to re-order and grow and not be hampered by returned stock. We urge you, therefore, to consult our sizing chart before you buy. Please note: Our band and cup sizes are very consistent with U.S-based lingerie sizing. For example, a 36C bra is not going to “run small” or “run large,” if you are accustomed to buying U.S. bra sizes.
All panty sales are final. No refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
Bra Refunds & Exchanges
We offer exchanges or store credit only for bras that are returned due to fit. Items may only be returned for store credit or exchanged if they are completely unworn, undamaged, unstained, unscented, with all original tags and packaging intact. (This means trying the garment on once only for fit, not taking tags off and retaining all packaging.)
All return and exchange requests must be initiated within ??thirty (30) days of the customer’s receipt of the item. Contact customer care before initiating any exchanges. We will need to make sure an alternative size is in stock, etc.
SLL reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the above-mentioned policies and conditions. If a return is rejected, the buyer will receive an email noting the cause and will be given the option to have the item returned to buyer at buyer’s expense.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal at time of delivery, SLL reserves the right to charge all shipping fees and up to a 15% restocking fee.
Once an order is placed, SLL’s typical processing time is up to two (2) business days. Orders placed over weekends and holidays will be processed the following next two (2) business days.

Once your order has been placed, the necessary funds are held under form of pre-authorization. This is not an actual charge. The pre-authorization ensures sufficient funds are available to carry out the transaction.
Once your order has been shipped, your card is charged according to the amount and currency of your order.
Once your order has been placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. The order confirmation acts as an invoice and includes your order number and all relevant details.
If you notice any errors on your order confirmation, please contact customer care so we can try to modify your order before it processes.
Sales taxes will be charged to orders when required.
Please be aware that international parcels may be subject to import taxes, duties, brokerage or customs fees upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to control or prevent delays within customs. If you refuse duties or fees on your package and choose to have it sent back to SLL, the issuance of any refund will be at our discretion and determined by individual circumstances.
